Job Description:

We seek a passionate and experienced Assistant Epee Fencing Coach to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to assist in developing and implementing training programs, provide individual and group instruction, and support the club's overall mission of cultivating top-tier fencing athletes. It's a rewarding position that will bring a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting training sessions for fencers of various skill levels.

• Provide one-on-one coaching to improve technique, tactics, and overall performance.

• Support the development of training plans and conditioning programs.

• Participate in competitions and tournaments, offering tactical advice and support to athletes.

• Foster a positive and encouraging environment that promotes growth, discipline, and sportsmanship.

• Assist in organizing and managing club events, camps, and workshops.

• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe training environment.

Qualifications:

• Competitive fencing experience with a strong understanding of the sport's rules, techniques, and strategies.

• Previous coaching experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well with athletes of all ages and skill levels.

• Certification from a recognized fencing organization is a plus.

• Passion for fencing and a commitment to athlete development.
